- Please contact the speakers and coordinate the presentations and discussion
- For regular sessions please note that the duration of each presentation is 08 mins. However, if your session has less than 5 speakers, you may adapt the duration of presentations. Please inform the speakers and the AV tech team in the hall accordingly.
- Please encourage and moderate structured discussion following the presentations
- Please make sure that your session including discussion is completed on time!
